Order Status Information

How can I track my order?

Tracking your order online is made easy for both registered and non-registered members.

We send an email tracking notification to all our customers once our packages have been shipped by UPS/FedEx/Canada Post. You can enter the tracking number provided in the email to follow your shipment.

For registered members to track your shipment, simply login and click the details link of the order you wish to check and then click over to the tracking tab to display the tracking number for your order. Click on the link and we will redirect you to UPS/Fedex/Canada Post to see the shipment status.

For non-registered members, you will see a link from your order confirmation email. To track your shipment, simply click the link and we will redirect you to your shipment status.

"Order Status" Notes

We have 3 different status levels for your order.

Submitted: You have successfully completed the order process at LEDLightingDepot.com and your order has been accepted. It will be sent for processing soon. You can request cancel or modify your order before the order turn into processing status.

Processing: We are currently preparing your order. We are sorry that we are not able to modify or cancel the order at this point. A shipment notification email will be sent to the correspondent email address for reference once your order is dispatched.

Shipped: Your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be sent in a separate email.

Dangerous Goods Surcharge for Lithium Batteries

Effective January 1, 2017, UPS and FedEx Express will no longer accept UN 3480 Lithium Batteries tendered as IATA Section II. Section II batteries to be fully regulated as Dangerous Goods Section IB, C$30.00 Dangerous Goods Handling Fee will be applied on each air shipment.
